5. Based on your reading, what makes it so that you are able to literally walk on the ocean floor in the Bay of Fundy?

Based on the reading it makes me able to literally walk on the ocean floor in the Bay of Fundy is during high tide, the water levels are extremely high. But, during low tide, it is possible to walk on the ocean floor and look up at the rocks above.
