Put them all in to decimals so dived 1 by 5 and 32 by 100 then they will all be decimals and you can more essay compare them

It's actually already in least to greatest :) The easiest way to go about this is making it all decimals. 1/4=.25, 32%=.32, 0.4=.40.
The order is 1/4, 32%, and 0.4 from least to greatest!
