Middle adulthood is a stage in life from your early 30’s to 60’s. Al lot of people at this age may be married, have a family, and have busy careers, but there are some physical affects that take place as well. Some vision loss, weight gain, and cognitive loss may occur. Major organs start to slow down when we’re closer to old age. All of us will lose 50% of our taste buds by the time we’re 60. Even with this, middle aged people have more wisdom, knowledge, and are more mature, because they don’t judge people as much as younger people do.
