Computers are very purposeful, in life and business. They can do things in seconds that would take the human mind considerably longer (if at all) to figure out.
A computer can improve things like marketing, communication, customer service, conferencing, etc.
Specifically, it would produce productivity by saving an essential thing. Time. It would easily cut down how long it takes to do something. It can help employees communicate, keep logs, print out things for marketing, keep track of e-mails for work, etc. It would all around boost proficiency.
