The way you wrote those options, it would seem that none of them are correct. You can eliminate A and C immediately, because in A, the infinitive form of the verb salir is used (when you should use the present form), and in C, the form salis refers to vosotros/vosotras, not to ellos.
This means that the correct answer has to be B, but you've misspelled sales - it should be saleN. If that is the case, then you should definitely choose B.
