We want to expand the equation;

(9x^3-6x)(-2x^2+4)

We need to multiply each of the terms in the first bracket by each term in the second bracket.

\begin{gathered} (9x^3-6x)(-2x^2+4) \\ 9x^3(-2x)+9x^3(+4)-6x(-2x^2)-6x(+4) \\ -18x^4+36x^3+12x^3-24x \\ -18x^4+48x^3-24x \end{gathered}

Therefore, expanding the given equation gives;

-18x^4+48x^3-24x
