Where do the commas go in this sentence. New York City is a great Center of culture finance entertainment and trade

Depends. With the Oxford comma (the comma right before the and), it is:

New York City is a great center of culture, finance, entertainment, and trade.

Without the Oxford comma, simply remove it. In my opinion, it's best to go with the Oxford comma.
