Why does the division property include C does not equal 0

Here's why C cannot equal 0:

Fractions are ratios of integers. However you cannot divide by 0 or have 0 in the denominator. When you try to divide by 0, the result comes out as undefined. Having an undefined term will not help you solve inequalities or equations.
