3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
5/8 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cup choco chips
1 cup cocoa
The County Fair cookie contest rules call for a recipe for 48 cookies. Your recipe makes 36. Describe a method for modifying your recipe to meet this requirement.

Use subtraction to see how many extra cups of each ingredient.

Add 1/3 more of every ingredient. 36/48 = 2/3 and 12/36 = 1/3 so 2/3+1/3=3/3 ( I know its not the best explanation, but its all I got) :)
