Which of these is a substantive right protected by the Bill of Rights?

freedom of religion
 protection against self-incrimination
 the right to counsel
rights not in the Constitution

The answer is option 1 (A) because people should have the right to have their own freedom of religion and not be forced to do other religion that they don't really want to do.

That would be freedom of religion. B is wrong because "anything you say can and will be used against you" when you are being arrested. Although C is a right "if you cant afford an attorney one will be appointed to you" it is not protected by the Bill of rights specifically. D is just wrong.
