The slope is given by:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

from the graph we notice that the line passes thorugh the points (0,-4) and (4,0), then:

\begin{gathered} m=(0-(-4))/(4-0) \\ m=(4)/(4) \\ m=1 \end{gathered}

therefore the slope is m=1.

The y-intecerpt is the value of y when x=0, from the graph we conclude that b=-4

The equation of the line is:

y=x-4
