The slope perpendicular to 2/3, would be -3/2

we know that

If two lines are perpendicular, then the product of their slopes is equal to minus one

so


m1*m2=-1

In this problem we have


m1=(2)/(3)

Substitute in the formula and solve for m2


(2)/(3)*m2=-1


m2=-(3)/(2)

therefore

the answer is

-(3)/(2)
