What is the boiling point elevation when ammonia (NH3) is dissolved in water to form a 3.5 molal solution? Kb for water is 0.52 °C / m.

No. of moles of ammonia: 11.4/(14+3) = 0.671mol
molality of solution: 0.671/0.2 = 3.35mol/kg
Change in temp: Kb x molality = 0.52x 3.35=1.74
