The people especially the studying early Zhou dynasty value it, because it acknowledges Heaven's law as the ultimate law, as a standard to guide with virtue, and as the highest standard values and moral beliefs in Zhou Dynasty. It demonstrates the faith of people in Zhou Dynasty.
