density(rho) = m/v
(1.3)/((3.2)(17.1)(3.8))
since density is given in kg/m^3 you should convert the blocks dimensions to meters

1.3/(0.032*0.038*0.171)

plugging in these numbers would give you the density

1.3/0.000208
