Is this right ? ‍♀️ Because I'm always getting stuck on graphing the y intercept and the slope on a graph .

the equation is positive, so the graph should be on the other side. One way to check this would be to plug a number in the equation,
where x = -2
y= 3/2(-2)-1
y= -3-1
y= -4
on the graph you plotted you have y = 2 where x = -2
