Answer:

F = m a

t = 5 s

V1 = 0 V2 = 36000 m / 3600 sec = 10 m/s

a = (V2 - V1) / t = (10 - 0) m/s / 5 s = 2 m/s^2

F = m a and m = F / a = 3000 / 2 = 1500 kg

W = m g = 1500 kg * 9.8 m/s^2 = 14,700 N
