Do whites consider themselves to be culturally superior to indigenous peoples? If so, how does it affect the majority view of Native culture, land title, religion, and “inalienable rights(life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness)”? How has this changed over time? How does it relate to the treatment of African Americans during Reconstruction?

I'm not a democrat, so as a white I can assure you that I think myself no better or culturally superior to any other race. However the democrats during reconstruction did think they were better than blacks. Which is why things like the Jim Crow laws were put in place. Looking at modern events tells me that the Democratic party hasn't changed at all since then. The only thing that's changed is their tactics.
