Part a)

we have

y=-(1)/(3)x+4

let's assume different values of x to calculate the values of y

a) For
x=0

y=-(1)/(3)*0+4

y=4

The ordered pair N
1 is
(0,4)

b) For
x=3

y=-(1)/(3)*3+4

y=3

The ordered pair N
2 is
(3,3)

c) For
x=6

y=-(1)/(3)*6+4

y=2

The ordered pair N
3 is
(6,2)

d) For
x=12

y=-(1)/(3)*12+4

y=0

The ordered pair N
4 is
(12,0)

see the table in the attached figure N
1

Part b)

Plot two points to graph the equation

Let

A(0,4)\\B(12,0)

Plot the point A and B

using a graph tool

see the attached figure N

y=−13x+4

when x = ?, y = ?,
x = -2, y = 30
x = -1, y = 17
x = 0, y = 4
x = 1, y = - 9
x = 2, y = -22
x = 3, y = -35

these are a couple, connect the dots, and graph

hope this helps
