The standard form of the equation of a circle is given by

(x-a)^2+(y-b^{})^2=r^2

where a and b are the center of the circle and r = radius of the circle

From the question given

a = -3

b= -4

r = 5

\begin{gathered} (x-(-3))^2+(y-(-4))^2=5^2 \\ \\ (x+3)^2+(y+4)^2=5^2 \end{gathered}

\text{Standard form of the circle = }(x+3)^2+(y+4)^2=5^2
