4 stamps each week for 3 weeks.....4 * 3 = 12 stamps
he wants to put 6 stamps on each page......12/6 = 2 pages will be used <=

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's 4x3=12, so divide 12 by 6 to get 2 pages.
