The Chief Executive Officers aka CEOs knows what it is to run a company 24/7. He or she have experience teach and guide there team. Also learning from them to bring good ideas to the table. Keeping the business growing financially and nationally. #teamwork

CEOs made more money because they own the business, the assistants made less because they didn't own the business and most of the money goes to the owner which is the CEO. Hope this helps! <3
