Here are the steps:
2(x + 3) ≥ –10 – 4x
=2x+6≥-10-4x
=2x+6-6≥-10-4x-6
=2x≥-4x-16
=2x+4x≥-4x-16+4x
=6x≥-16
=6x/6≥16/6
=x=-8/3
