Given: The given equation below

\sqrt[3]{2x}-10=-3

To Determine: The value of x

First, collect like terms

\begin{gathered} \sqrt[3]{2x}-10=-3 \\ \sqrt[3]{2x}=-3+10 \\ \sqrt[3]{2x}=7 \end{gathered}

Take cube of both sides

\begin{gathered} (\sqrt[3]{2x})^3=7^3 \\ 2x=343 \\ \text{Divide both sides ny 2} \\ (2x)/(2)=(343)/(2) \\ x=171(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

Hence, x = 171 1/2, or 171.5
