get into ax+by=c form
a, b, and c are integers and a is normalllly positive
y=mx+b
m=slope
b=y intercept
given
slope=-1/3
y intercept is 10/3
multiply both sides by 3
3y=-x+10
add x to both sides
x+3y=10
1x+3y=10
standard form is x+3y=10
