5x - 2(x+1) = 0.25
5x - 2x + 2 = 0.25
3x = 0.25 - 2
3x/3 = -1.75/3
x = - 0.583

5x - 2(x+1) = 0.25
5x - 2x + 2 = 0.25
3x = 0.25 - 2
3x/3 = -1.75/3
x = - 0.583
