Answer: Monosaccharide

Step-by-step explanation:

A photosynthesis is a chemical reaction which takes place in the presence of sunlight energy. In this the carbon dioxide gas which absorbed by the plant from the atmosphere is reduced to produce glucose and the water molecule is oxidized to produce oxygen. Thus reduction and oxidation reactions are taking place thus photosynthesis is collectively called as the chemical reaction.

The glucose produced is a kind of monosaccharide. It is a simple sugar which cannot be hydrolyzed into simple compounds. These are usually colorless, crystalline solids and water soluble in nature.
