The most number of polar compound toward the base of the plate and less polar toward the best TLC isolates on the premise of the quality of the adsorption of mixes to the TLC plate. The quality of this adsorption is more noteworthy the more polar a compound, and consequently, a polar compound won't move as far up a plate as would a non-polar compound. This idea is talked about in the presentation segment of the trial on TLC and Melting Point Determination.
