Greetings!

"What is the value of m in the equation:
3+4m=15-2m?"...

Solve using the properties of equality:
Add 2m to both sides.

(3+4m)+2m=(15-2m)+2m
Add -3 to both sides.

((3+4m)+2m)+(-3)=((15-2m)+2m)+(-3)
Simplify.

6m=12
Divide both sides by 6.

(6m)/6=(12)/6
Simplify.

m=12/6

m=2

Hope this helps.
