you add all of them, then you get 86.6
then you divide by the number of number of numbers that there are, and you get 17.32

18.1+17.9+16.8+18.7+15.1 = 86.6
86.6/5 = 17.32
Add all the numbers together then multiply by how many numbers there are :) hope this helps
