The 8 in 80,351 is 100 times larger than the value of the 8 in 95,852 because the 8 in 95,852 is in the hundreds place and t
he 8 in 80,351 is in the ten thousands place. 800x100 is 80,000.

I believe it is 100 times larger as it is in the hundreds place for one, and the ten thousands place for the other
