Answer:

The correct answer would be 4.3514 x
10^(9) kilometers.

As we know, 1 kilometer = 1000 meters or
10^(3) meters.

Hence, 1 meter =
10^(-3) kilometer

So, 4.3514 x
10^(12) meters = 4.3514 x
10^(12) x
10^(-3) kilometers,

which comes out to be 4.3514 x
10^(9) kilometers.

The answer is 4.315 billion kilometers so it would be 4.315 x 10 to the 9th power if that is what is meant and Neptune is the eighth planet outward from the sun (the most distant planet from the sun) so it is a tremendous distance from the earth and would be very hard for humans to reach with such a distance.
