The table is a circle of radius 17 ft

Each paint covers 20 square feet

There are 8 gallons in each painting

We must find the area of the table to know how much gallons she will need

A=\pi r^2

Substitute the value of r in the rule above to find the area

Use pi = 3.14

\begin{gathered} A=3.14(17)^2 \\ A=907.46ft^2 \end{gathered}

Since each painting gallon has 8 pints

Since each painting cover 20 square feet

We will divide the area of the circle by 20 to find the number of the painting she need

No of the painting = 907.46/20

No of the painting = 45.373

So to cover all the table she will need 46 painting

Since each gallon has 8 pints

Since she needs 46 pints

So divide 46 by 8 to find the number of gallons

46/8 = 5.75 gallons

She needs 5.75 gallons to paint her table
