(8)(c) + (8)(10) + 20
= 8c + 80 + 20
= (8c) + (80+20)
= 8c+100

8C + 80 (distribute 8 into everything inside the parenthesis)
8C + 80 + 20 (drop down the 20 from the expression)
8C + 100 (Simplify)
8C + 100
