Lipids are made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. So I'm assuming A would be the best answer. Proteins are made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen and nucleic acids are made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and phosphorus.
