James sold his motorbike for = £1,890
He bought the motorbike for = £2,700
Fraction of the original cost did he sell the bike = £1,890 / £2,700
Now we solve this to simplify the fraction
0 at the end of both numbers cancels with each other
and then if we divide both number with 27, we get
27 x 7 = 189 and 27 x 10 = 270
after simplifying the fraction will be = 7 / 10
So, the answer is 7 /10
