Darius explains by his royal and they do the actions knowing, they claimed Ahuramazda made and the crushed revolts were orchestrated by several impostors and their co-conspirators in various cities throughout the empire, each of whom falsely declared kinghood through the upheaval following Cyrus's death. Darius claims himself to be the true ruler of the Persian Empire over the grace of Ahura Mazda.
