The radius of the circle is a constant digit and does not vary from one point to another.

Radius = OC = OD

Solve for x:

10x -16 = 6x+2

4x = 18

x = 9/2 = 4.5

Substitute 'x' back into OC:

OC = 6(4.5) + 2 = 29

Radius = 29
