The points (1.5, -4) is a solution while (4, -4) is not a solution to the equation 2x - 3y = 15

How to determine if the points are solutions to the equation

From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

2x - 3y = 15

Also, we have the points

(1.5, -4) and (4, -4)

For point (1.5, -4):

2(1.5) - 3(-4) = 15
