Given f (x) = 2^-x, express f (-(x+1)) times f (-3x). PLEASE HELP!!

subsitute -(x+1) or -x-1 for x


f(-(x+1))=2^(-(-(x+1)))
double negatives cancel

f(-(x-1))=2^(x+1)
