in "Ain't I a Woman?," why does Truth repeat the phrase “Ain’t I a woman?” throughout the second paragraph?

It is to reassure the theme of the text.

i think this ties in with that fact that sojourner truth used to be a former slave. when she says "aint i a woman" repeatedly she is emphasizing that she is a woman, one who is human and strong. that she is not the color of her skin, and she should be treated as who she is.

-hope this helps
