Those measurements give an experimental value of 3.15 for pi.

Diameter = 4.25 cm
Circumference = 13.39 cm
Radius = 4.25 ÷ 2 = 2.125 cm
2 pi r = 13.39. 2×pi× 2.125 = 13.39 pi = 3.15 Hope it helped!
