I got rid of the exponents (squared) by just multiplying them by themselves, BUT remember they were still Exponents (E below)
(11-6)(11-6) + 6 × 2 - (3+2)(3+2)
Follow your Order of Operation (OO):
One method is to remember the phrase "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally", which forms the acronym [PEMDAS]. This stands for "Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication and Division, and Addition and Subtraction".
So work your way from left to right, doing actions within parentheses first, next exponents... to lastly adding and or subtracting.
So we'll first do inside the parentheses:
(11-6)(11-6) + 6 × 2 - (3+2)(3+2) -->
(5)(5) + 6 × 2 - (5)(5) --> 25 + 6 × 2 - 25
Multiply (M) comes after E, so:
25 + (6×2) - 25 = 25 - 25 + (12) --> since 25-25 is 0, it's really just 0 × 12 = 12
