Cheese's sister can get $30 per day for selling clothes at the market. But, she has to pay $60 at first for renting a stand. Cheese can get $20 per day for helping his neighbor rake lawns. After how many days will your sister earn as much as you? write an equation and solve.

Okay. So Cheese's sister would have to pay $60 for a stand and with making $30 per day, it would take two days to make back the cost of the total stand. At that point, Cheese would have made $40. Then you have the third day, which the sister would have made $30 total, while Cheese would've made $60 total. The fourth day, the sister would've made $60 total, while Cheese would've made $80 total. The fifth day, the sister would've made $90 total, while Cheese $100. But this is where it breaks even. On the sixth day, the sister would've made $120 total and Cheese would've made $120 total. So it would take 6 days for Cheese's sister to make the same amount that Cheese herself has made.
