Options A and C are the right answer.

Location and place in geography are applied to recognize a locality or an area on the surface of the earth or anywhere else. All spots on Earth hold a location. There are two parts of location; the Absolute location (it is a location that is represented by its longitude and latitude on earth) and the Relative location (used to draw by where it is related to something different). As both the options are representing the theme of the location, hence, option A and C are the right options.
