2/17 + 3/7(3x - 5) = -4
2/17 + 9/7x - 15/7 = -4...multiply by LCD of 119 to get rid of fractions
14 + 153x - 255 = - 476
-241 + 153x = -476
153x = -476 + 241
153x = - 235
x = -235/153
