Answer:

7. 34

8. 75

I may be wrong, though I'm about 97% sure my work is correct. More than likely, if one of these are wrong it'll be 8, though I still doubt it is.

Explanation:

A=3

B=5

C=6

7.

6(3)+(5)^(2) -(3)^(2)

once you have the letters substituted, simply solve the equation.

using PEMDAS, you'll need to convert the exponents first.

5^(2) =25\\ 3^(2)=9

now, the equation should look like this:

6(3)+25-9

Now, you multiply as M comes before A and S in PEMDAS

6(3)=18

18+25-9

Now, reading left to right, A will come before S so you will do the addition first.

18+25=43

Your equation should now look like this:

43-9

Now, simply solve the subtraction problem.

43-9=34.

therefor, 7 should be 34.

8.

ab^(2)

substitute the letters for their number values first:

(3) (5)^(2) \\

Now, solve the exponent next:

5 squared (
5^(2)) is 25

Your problem should now look like this:

(3)(25)

Next, you simply multiply to get the following:

3x25=75

Therefor, question 8 should be 75.

The solution is actually pretty simple. All you have to do is plug the numbers in corresponding the letters like a with a b with b and calculate

7). 6(6)+(5)^2-(3)^2=52

And you do the same thing with 8) you get 180
