Based on your results which of the solutions that you tested with Benedict's solution contained reducing sugars?

If there is a distinct colour change from the blue (copper sulphate in the Bendict's reagent) then there is a reducing sugar. If there is a green, yellow, orange or red insoluble solution formed then there is a reducing sugar present. ( From green to red - increasing amount of reducing sugar)
