−2i⋅(−2i) i need help with this problem pleas someone

Since -2i can be rephrased as -2*i, we can rewrite the whole thing as -2*i*-2*i. Using the Commutative property, we can multiply the constants and the i's to get 4*i^2=4*(-1) as i^2=-1 and we end up with 4*(-1)=-4
