The answer to this question is (A) gave up the throne and fled for Great Britain.
July 1830 was the date when the infamous French Revolution happened. During this time, a lot of Corrupt Government officials, along with Charles X's brothers and sisters were publicly executed by the French People. In fear of his safety, Charles X decided to find protection in Great Britain and gave up his throne.
